Directing and supervising tax engagements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standardsLeading a team of tax professionals, providing mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environmentDeveloping and implementing tax strategies that optimize client outcomes and minimize tax liabilitiesCultivating and nurturing client relationships, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutionsStaying abreast of tax laws, regulations, and industry trends, and imparting this knowledge to the team and clientsThe Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing our tax practice, managing client relationships, and providing strategic tax planning and compliance guidance.Requires:
Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA preferredMinimum of 5 years of tax experienceExperienced in reviewing individual and entity returnsStrong technical expertise in tax planning, compliance, and consultingProficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office SuiteExceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsWhat we Offer:
