Key responsibilities may include:Scheduling and coordinating internal and external training programsMaintaining the Firm's learning management systemConducting training on technology and soft skill topicsCoordinating and conducting New Hire OrientationAssisting in the creation of course materials and on-demand learning resourcesProviding ongoing administrative support to the training teamThe ideal candidate:
We're interested in well-organized and detail-oriented individuals who are committed to providing exceptional internal support. The learning coordinator must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable presenting to small groups.
This role requires:
B.A. in a related field; or equivalent experience and/or training1-2 years in a training/learning role preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to quickly learn, apply and train on new concepts, processes, and technologiesWhat we offer:
