The Senior Implementation Project Manager will lead internal and customer-facing projects to ensure exceptional customer experiences and high quality Human Capital Management (HCM) implementations, upgrades and enhancements. This role will drive project teams to deliver within deadlines and budget, document best practices and foster continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with enterprise-level customers, ensuring high satisfaction and serving as their advocate throughout the project lifecycleManage multiple Enterprise HCM implementations, understanding the entire project lifecycle from point-of-sale through go-liveConduct weekly touchpoints and steering committee meetings with internal and external stakeholdersPartner with subject matter experts and consultants to drive successful implementations, identifying and mitigating project risks and scope creepAct as a point of escalation for implementation projects, managing concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and project adherenceDrive product and process improvements, collaborating with sales to streamline pre-sale processesUtilize Inspire Planner Project Management Software to organize, track, and manage project tasks, timelines, risks, and stakeholdersProvide training and support to team members on effective project management practicesQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field5-10 years of work experience, depending on degree status, in HCM & SaaS5+ years of experience in managing internal and customer-facing projects in the Enterprise HCM spacePMP/APA Certification would be an assetProven track record of successfully managing large-scale HCM implementationsStrong technical understanding of HCM domain, with a willingness to "dig-in" to work with subject matter experts to create solutionsExperience building, driving, and executing best practices around project management and implementation support strategiesDemonstrated success in building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and their executive teamsStrong strategic thinking, creative problem solving, and analytical skills along with an ability to executeAbility to generate a sense of urgency, and rally appropriate resources to drive resolution to varying customer issuesExceptional organizational skills with very clear and concise follow-through, a successful project manager is highly accountablePrimePay Offers:
