Windchill ArchitectRenton, WA (Day one onsite)The Role
As a Windchill Architect, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership in the planning, design, and implementation of Windchill PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure the successful deployment of Windchill applications to meet our clients' specific needs.Job Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and design of Windchill PLM solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and requirements.Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and document requirements for PLM processes and workflows.Define and implement Windchill configurations, customizations, and extensions to meet specific business needs.Provide technical expertise in the integration of Windchill with other enterprise systems (ERP, CAD, etc.).Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to keep the Windchill environment current and optimized.Conduct system performance analysis and implement optimizations as needed.Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and best practices.Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional development.Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to PLM and Windchill.Required Experience & Skills
[X] years of experience working with Windchill PLM, including design, implementation, and customization.Strong proficiency in Windchill PDMLink and associated modules (Change Management, Workflow, Document Management, etc.).Experience in Windchill customization using Java, JSP, Windchill APIs, and Info*Engine.Knowledge of CAD integrations with Windchill (Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).Experience with Windchill upgrades and system administration.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on detail and quality.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to lead and manage projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.Preferred Experience & Skills
Windchill Certification(s) is a plus.Competencies
