SUMMARY:

Established group newest open - hot spot restaurants in Jacksonville area - high energy casual is looking for a strong practical experience AGM.

Hospitality first, elevated F&B, multi-revenue center. Strong service & beverage acumen required. SOP & top-line focused, proven record of financial excelling in a stand-alone restaurant group.

Passion for training and develop.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer interaction, guest experience and overall customer service

Oversee, guide and lead FOH staff including scheduling, development, and training.

Food & beverage quality and safety

Ensure that each shift is run in a smooth manner as well as having the ability to handle any unexpected problems or emergencies that may arise.

Conduct daily pre-shift meetings, staff meetings including one on one meetings

Monitor and control the maintenance/sanitation of the restaurant areas and equipment to protect the business, comply with regulations and ensure quality service.

Ability to be on feet during entire shift, interacting with guests, kitchen, bar and table touching all areas.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous Sales volume experience must be at a minimum of $4MM Yr

Minimum 2 to 5 years as a manager in a full-service restaurant

Track record of success in previous positions demonstrating upward career tracking

Strong communication skills

Customer Service focused and oriented.

Must be dependable, reliable and motivated. With an outgoing personality and the ability to develop relationships and assist in leading others

Able to work ten hour-plus shifts, with extensive standing/walking

Previous Italian restaurant experience preferred
