Il Fornaio Restaurant FOH Manager Requirements / Responsibilities

Applicant must have:

A minimum of 2 years upscale dining management and table service experience

A strong organizational style with a keen eye for food service details

Full bar with "hands on" specialty cocktail preparation

CA and Italian wine service knowledge

A history of achievement in the restaurant and hospitality industry

A flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

2+ Years in an AGM role

RBS Certifcation

ServSafe Manager Certification

A positive leadership style.
