Director of Engineering - Global

Our client is a well known global manufacturer with US HQ in the Allentown PA area. At this time, they are hoping to attract a Director of Engineering to lead their manufacturing operations worldwide.The focus of this role will be on the Design and Assembly of machinery or equipment , particularly capital equipment, that might be in process or production plants. The person in this role will lead a team of over 100.Excellent salary, benefits, work environment, and continuous career growth opportunity are all available.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Engineering,Manufacturing, or Business. MSEE preferred.• Six Sigma Green Belt.• Related industry experience using 3Dparametric CAD-based software.• Prior experience using Autodesk Inventorand/or Routed Systems.• Prior experience using Autodesk AutoCAD2D/3D.• Experience with ERP software. Sytelinepreferred.• Experience with ASME / BPE BioprocessingEquipment standards.10+ years manufacturing or engineeringmanagement experience in a pharma, life science or capital equipmentenvironment with 5+ years in a proven leadership capacity.Salary: $150,000 - $190,000Location: Allentown, PAPosted: May 13th 2024Minimum Degree: BachelorRelocation Assistance:Available
