Ultrasound Technician Opportunity
One of our clients in the region has engaged us to help them recruit an Ultrasound Tech for their growing team. The Ultrasound Technician will play a crucial role in providing accurate diagnostic imaging services to our patients. This individual will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
Responsibilities:
Perform ultrasound examinations to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and ensuring their comfort and safety.
Operate ultrasound equipment and adjust settings to obtain optimal images.
Analyze images to identify abnormalities and relay findings to physicians for interpretation.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
Associate degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field.
ARDMS certification preferred.
Recent Graduates will be considered for this position.
Proficiency in operating ultrasound equipment and interpreting imaging results.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
