Job Description:

As a Business Systems Analyst:

You will play a critical role in new projects, optimization and enhancement of business systems and data infrastructure.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, data solutions, and ensure the effective integration of technology.

Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements related to wealth and investment management systems.

Perform in-depth analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement. Ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and data solutions into existing systems.

Prepare detailed documentation including business process workflows, data flow diagrams, and user guides.

Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to drive successful system implementations and upgrades.

Plan and execute test cases to validate system functionality and data accuracy.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during testing.

You will be working on multiple projects which may include automation of employee onboarding with specifics related to Advisor onboarding (certifications, revenue hurdles, assets under management), providing centralized and easy access to core data across multiple lines of business, reports builder, connectivity between various advisors compensation systems automating workflows and streamline operational aspects, generative AI chatbot.

Skills required:

Primary skills are proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a focus on data warehousing and enterprise data solutions. Good experience in SQL.

Strong analytical, documentation and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Additional past experience in Alternate Investments, Performance reporting, Annuities and Insurance is a big plus.
