Full-Time or Part-Time, FFS.

Flexible scheduling available!Mon-Th: 8am-6pm, Fri: 8a-4p (hours vary based on FT or PT status)Working with Early Intervention and/or Preschool childrenFee for Service Compensation:

EI: $64-$75/ hourPreschool: $60/ hour

Please note this is a range. Rates are determined by the service provided, professional experience, and licensure/certifications held.

Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.Administer and write up physical therapy evaluations.Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.Create and maintain a schedule with assigned individual families/school personnel.Collect data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.About You:
