Details about this opportunity:

Full-Time or Part-Time, FFS.

Flexible scheduling available!

Mon-Th: 8am-6pm, Fri: 8a-4p (hours vary based on FT or PT status)

Working with Early Intervention and/or Preschool children

Fee for Service Compensation:

EI: $64-$75/ hour – full case load potential of approximately $150,000/year

Preschool: $60/ hour – full case load potential of approximately $100,000/year

Please note this is a range. Rates are determined by the service provided, professional experience, and licensure/certifications held.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.

Administer and write up physical therapy evaluations.

Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.

Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.

Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.

Create and maintain a schedule with assigned individual families/school personnel.

Collect data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.

Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.

And this background:

Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Physical Therapy

Current New York State Physical Therapy License

Bilingual is a plus
