Our Wealth Management business unit serves over 25% of the Forbes 400 and is recognized for their innovative technology, service excellence and depth of expertise.We have a dynamic opportunity for a client focused and consultative Executive Recruiter to support this growing business.As a Senior Recruiter you will:Manage the strategy and execution of the full life cycle recruiting processDevelop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates and in a cost-effective manner.Guide hiring managers by establishing and clearly communicating recommendations based on knowledge of the markets, candidates, and talent strategies.Educate hiring managers on the Talent Acquisition hiring process, policies, and proceduresDevelop strong relationships with hiring managers, HR Partners, and candidatesUtilize innovative recruitment strategies and develop pipelines for complex and strategic positionsConstruct and negotiate complex offersUse data to drive talent acquisition strategy and influence hire and offer recommendationsProactively maintain/manage market intelligenceKeep abreast of recruiting best practices and introduce them to Northern as appropriate
At least 10 years of experience recruiting candidates at the senior to executive levelExperience recruiting for position in Wealth Management/Financial Services is strongly preferredExperience with sourcing techniques including identifying passive talent, building talent pipelines, referral generation and diversity recruitingStrong consulting and client management skills; ability to collaborate and build effective relationships with managers, Human Resources partners and external third partiesUnderstanding and delivery of compensation policies and practicesSolid time management and organization skills with a strong sense of urgency and high level of accountabilityExperience using applicant tracking systems (Workday a strong plus)Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
