to join their team.Responsibilities
Processes bi-weekly payrollMaintains payroll files on all employeesMaintains bi-weekly and monthly payroll allocations, prepares W-2s, and files various external payroll reportsMaintains contact with external payroll allocations, inputting into the internal systemMaintains contact with relevant local agencies and authorities that may have a lien against individual payroll accounts including voluntary payroll deductions such as life and/or pensionsCommunicate/Escalate any discrepancies to the ControllerAdherence to deadlines that are set by the department.Maintains records based upon record retention schedule.Requirements:
2+ years Payroll experienceSolid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices, proficiency of ADPTrustworthy, understanding of confidentialitySubject to clearance and background checks in accordance with the company's regulatory compliance proceduresCompensation: $55,000Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
