What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a Sales Director, Programmatic to join our Sales team in the U.S. Midwest.
Set programmatic sales strategy across an established list of holding company agencies, independent agencies and client direct accounts.Work side by side with VP and Sales Directors to execute the sales strategy and drive the sales team in order to achieve revenue goals.Own key relationships at various agency levels and leverage to strategically and thoughtfully achieve revenue goals.Successfully create key partnerships to influence and drive revenue growth.Effectively present and communicate the Unruly value proposition to agency and client leadership and stakeholders.Develop and negotiate trading agreements that grow revenue, including joint business plans.Stay current on all industry trends and provide internal recommendations, as relevant.Participate and lead when called upon, the ongoing training and development of sales organization.
What Will I Bring?
7 or more years of Sales experience with 2 or more years of experience in ad tech, SaaS, or programmatic sales.Solid relationships at the agency holding company level/partner, as well as relationships with programmatic agencies/advertisers/buyers, with an understanding of the inner workings of agencies.Track record consistently achieving sales revenue targets.Comfortable with data, and telling a story with data.Well-rounded knowledge of the AdTech Ecosystem & programmatic is required.Ability to successfully execute cross-team and command respect from internal/external stakeholders.
