Input Technology Solutions is seeking an Identity and Access Management Architect to join our team. This position is fully remote within the United States.What You Will Do:Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on Identity and Access Management (IAM) projectsContribute to evolving the overall strategy and operating model for IAM governance and technology SolutionsEnsure that proposed and existing IAM system architectures are aligned with organizational standards, goals and objectivesAssist in the design and production of technical documentation with varying levels of complexityDesign, configure, troubleshoot and support IAM initiatives and solutionsImplement IAM platform customizations, enhancements, and modificationsGather requirements from internal clients and provide security/IAM technical expertiseImplement and support IAM programs to enable business requirements to its clients and to protect against

Support in the development of security policies, standards and plans to ensure the protection of corporate data against unauthorized use, access modification and destructionResearch emerging technologies in support of IT security enhancement and development effortsAssist in identifying, remediating, and/or mitigating vulnerabilities in the environment, ensuring appropriate response to high risk and aged findingsTranscribe and present technical information to business / executive levelsUnderstand and explain the concepts central to IAM and relevant to enterprise implementations including identity lifecycle, identity governance, access, authorization, directory, and entitlementsProvide troubleshooting support for enterprise clientsAssume additional responsibilities as assignedTesting functionalities in non-production and productionEnsure installation, patching, maintenance, and updates are performed as required

What You Must Have:

7+ years of specific experience on Identity and Access Management (IAM) Projects in large enterprise environmentBachelors Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or other analytical disciplines or equivalent experienceExtensive knowledge of the Identity and Access Management DomainExtensive knowledge of Authentication and Authorization conceptsExtensive knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO) ConceptsWell versed in Identity Federation ConceptsUnderstanding of PKI, CAC/PIV, Cryptography, and application securityDemonstratable knowledge of current technologies in authentication, federation, and identity management space (OAUTH 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, SCIM, U2F/UAF/FIDO2, HOTP, TOTP)Functional proficiency with at least one coding or scripting languageProvisioning and access governance experience with and understanding of security on systems such as Active Directory, UNIX/Linux, OracleFamiliarity with using biometrics for authentication and managing related privacy considerationsFamiliarity with relevant identity-oriented standards, such as NIST800-63Understanding of role based access, least privilege and segregation of duties access control conceptsExperience leading IAM projects, support efforts and other technical deliverables with varying levels of complexity

What We Would Like You to Have:

Experience in information security threat modeling, design, architectures reviews, and risk analysisExperience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business unitsUnderstanding of AWS cloud solutions and security architecture is a plus

Clearance Requirements:

Must be eligilble to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance
