We are seeking a passionate and experienced Vice President of Operations to join our team. In this role, you will be the right hand of the CEO, driving operational excellence, safety, customer service, and growth.

Position Overview:
The Vice President of Operations will oversee all operational aspects of the company, including policies, procedures, manufacturing, supply chain management, quality control, and project management. You will work closely with customers to meet their traffic control needs and play a vital role in the sales component of our business.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership across all operational functions. 2. Process Optimization: Streamline and enhance operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality standards. 3. Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. 4. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to execute the company's strategic plan, driving growth from $10 million to $30 million and beyond. 5. Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous quality control standards and procedures. 6. Supply Chain Management: Oversee procurement and inventory to optimize cost and lead times. 7. Project Management: Ensure timely and successful project delivery, meeting customer requirements. 8. Sales Component: Work closely with customers to understand their daily traffic control needs and ensure they are met. 9. Policy and Procedure Development: Establish and maintain policies and procedures to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • Proven success in senior operations roles, preferably in traffic control systems or related industry. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to drive process improvement and align operations with business goals. • Knowledge of supply chain management, quality control, and project management. • Commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Compensation:
