We are headquartered in the Chicago suburb of Willowbrook, Illinois and operate through two separate business units: wound/orthopedic and ocular. We are strategically planning substantial growth over the next several years and are looking to expand our team to drive and support the growth.Overview

The Sales Director, Spine Biologics (SD) for Precise Bioscience (PB) is a critical role within PB as they are the primary representative of the PB to our customers which may include, but not be limited to healthcare facilities, providers and independent distributors. The Sales Director, Spine Biologics is responsible for promoting our biologics portfolio to customers to achieve revenue targets and manage the sales channel of PB. The Sales Director, Spine Biologics is also responsible for gaining knowledge of the industry and trends and to report that information to PB to help inform the company’s strategic plan. The Sales Director, Spine Biologics must demonstrate proficiency in identifying and onboarding distributors to uncover sales opportunities, presenting complex biologic concepts related to PB’s portfolio, to manage the sales process through to revenue generation and communicate our unique value proposition to clinicians and healthcare facilities. The Sales Director, Spine Biologics will report to the Chief Executive Officer and be a self-starter and learner able to work autonomously toward the completion of assigned goals and tasks.Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve territory sales targets by identifying, contacting, onboarding and managing sales growth with distributors within the territory.Develop and execute a territory business plan leading to the accomplishment of the territory revenue goals.Be proficient in our value adding sales support programs.Call on physician offices and hospitals accounts for the promotion of PB products and our value add programs either independently or in coordination with distributors.Develop and maintain biologics market, PB product and general business acumen knowledge.Develop and maintain technical selling skills and apply those skills to effectively present PB products to customers in the marketplace and manage PB product sales processes.Manage existing healthcare provider accounts and distributors within the territory to maintain existing business and establish growth through those accounts and distributors.Manage PB inventory in the field to properly support customer needs, protect PB-owned inventory and timely processing of used product.Participate in trade shows, sales meetings, workshops or other marketing opportunities as may be directed by PB.Work productively with the internal PB team to the betterment of the company.Complete assigned tasks, reports, training requirements and record keeping responsibilities in a timely fashion.Other tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned from time-to-time.Core Skill and Background Requirements

A bachelor’s degree. 7 years of successful sales experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree with 5 of those years being in the healthcare industry.Preferably 5 years of successful healthcdare sales experience with an emphasis in spine and orthobiologics with a demonstrated history of sales revenue goal attainment.Experience with insurance reimbursement environment a plus.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Detail orientated.Demonstrated self-driven mindset and the ability to work successfully in an environment will little supervision.Flexible attitude able to work well in a dynamic changing environment.Ability to establish relationships in a professional environment.Ability to learn and effectively communicate scientific information.Creative and ethical goal attainment attitude.Computer skills include Microsoft Office applications and an understanding of CRM systems.Work Conditions
