Itron helps our customers better manage energy and water now and into the future.In this role you will be responsible for successfully managing an enterprises solutions sales organization in the West region of the United States focusing on the energy (electricity and gas) vertical. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding revenue and bookings targets for our three product business units (Devices, Networks, Outcomes). You will lead your team to ensure the successful sales execution of Itron's offerings across the business units with focus on software as it relates to SaaS, ARR, and marketplace application sales.Job Duties & Responsibilities

Direct a regionally based sales team focused on providing solutions to prospects and customers in the region.Drives regional revenue, booking and expansion targets across all solutions and services.Functions as the executive sponsor on commercial contracting executive escalation of projects.Ensures accurate and timely tracking of KPIs.Oversees workforce planning for area of responsibility to ensure effective execution of corporate initiatives, including strategic hiring, training, coaching and development of employees to maximize performance, promote career growth and build a high-performing team.Maintains a strong understanding of industry issues, the competitive landscape and their customers’ business and value drivers.Develops and implements innovative, complex, strategic, operational roadmaps that enable successful execution of corporate and functional strategies, ensuring achievement of outstanding results through KPIs and action plans.Key contributor to planning and managing the long-term forecast, annual budget, rolling forecasts and projects to ensure business unit meets and/or exceeds key measures such as revenue, gross margin, capital expenditures and other financial & operational commitments.Identifies and targets new prospects and grows opportunities within existing customers, teaching their customers new insights and how to differentiate their business through Itron solutions.Maintains and strengthens relationships with client base.Represents customer's interests in driving business strategy and management decisions, leading the customer to the Itron solution.Qualifications

Proven track record of successfully managing an enterprise solutions sales organization and experience in selling customer technology (CIS/AMI/DERMs), operational technology (ADMS/OMS) and information technology (Datalake, warehouse, etc).Substantive examples of consistently winning, beating revenue and business goals/objectives.10+ years of experience developing consultative sales professionals and in a consultative selling role.Experience selling at the device as well as application level.Experience of successfully working in a matrixed organization.Education

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. MBA preferred.Travel
