Senior Change Management/ Organizational Development

expert to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in leading change management initiatives, engaging employees, and shaping the strategic direction of our clients within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). As a Toffler Senior Lead Associate, you will bring your management initiatives, assess organizational and programmatic efforts, and propose innovative solutions to senior executives to enhance the organizational performance of our clients. Your proficiency in project management and milestone tracking will be crucial, coupled with political savvy gained from working in large change management programs with geographically dispersed contributors. In addition to these core responsibilities, you will thrive in the role by bringing supplementary experiences to the forefront. Your expertise in implementing Internal Controls programs, as well as financial and contracts management know-how within the stakeholder's environment, will be invaluable. Being a self-starter, you will anticipate client needs and implement initiatives ahead of expectations. Lastly, you bring to the team the strong ability to build relationships as well as navigate personal environments within the client's organization. This will be further defined by your comfort of introducing clients to new contacts, expanding their professional network, and sharing external best practices to support their vision and goals.
