From the development of our Scratch Kitchens to the Saber Foundation Employee Hardship program, we are committed to the care and attention of everyone we serve!As a Regional Vice President of Operations - RVPO for Saber Healthcare we are not just looking for a body to fill a position, we want someone who fits into our desired culture and contributes to it as well!Responsibilities:Supervises facility Administrators, Regional Director of Clinical Services, and Regional Business DevelopmentHire, supervise, and train AdministratorsSet and establish goals and timetablesAssist Administrators in the preparation/analysis of the annual financial operating budgetMonitor monthly performance of facilities in relation to the budget and intervene as neededAssist regional and corporate staff, i.e. clinical, accounting, marketing, and human resources to ensure facilities receive appropriate supportMust ensure successful census development and revenue productionQualifications:5 years experience as a licensed nursing home AdministratorMulti-facility leadership experience in a skilled nursing settingBachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.MUST have an ACTIVE Administrator’s License in the state of employmentShift and Wages:Full-Time Opportunity AvailableShift Available: DaysBenefits and Perks*:Eligible for benefits the first of the month following 30 daysComprehensive benefit packages including medical, dental, and vision401K through FidelityPaid Time Off (PTO)Educational and tuition opportunitiesVarious Discount Programs OfferedEmployee Recognition ProgramsCulture of employees creating an IMPACT!Program details can vary amongst buildings.
