We are seeking a dedicated Premium Sales Account Executive to join the team!This individual will be responsible for generating revenue through the sale of Premium Hospitality at Snapdragon Stadium, including loge boxes, suites and the all-new field side seats. This position is an integral part of the sales team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Ticket Sales. Other products include, but are not limited to, season ticket sales, partial ticket plans and group sales. Depending upon experience and other qualifications listed below, this non-exempt position pays an estimated annual salary of $65,000 - $75,000.At Wave FC, we collaborate as a team, so this position works with internal teams, fans, and our community. Dive in, check out the details below; if it sounds like you and something you’re interested in, we encourage you to apply.ROLE & RESPONSIBILIITES:Provide the highest level of customer service to allHelp attract, increase, and retain fans as evidenced by meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and yearly ticket sales goalsSell suites, loge boxes, field side and club seats through single game, partial plans and season membershipsGenerate a pre-determined minimum number of weekly out-of-office appointments, as well as in-venue ‘face-to-face’ meetings, to create new business opportunitiesMaintain computerized records of all suite, premium seating, season ticket and prospects in CRMExecute effective corporate sales calls, emails and presentations promoting the purchase of premium ticket inventory to meet/exceed established sales objectivesContribute positively to a competitive sales team culture and participate in sales team meetings and training sessionsVisit and host prospects and fans during home gamesContinually build and implement outstanding sales strategies, ideas and programs as means of producing and acquiring new business opportunitiesQUALIFIED?Bachelor’s Degree required3+ years of experience in sports sales; premium sales experience preferredTrack record of achieving and surpassing sales goalsOutstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to read, listen and communicate in English, both verbally and in writingProficient in ticketing systems (e.g. Archtics) and CRM (e.g. HubSpot or Salesforce) preferredAn established network of clients in San Diego area is preferred, but not requiredHave what it takes and ready to join us?
