SUMMARY:

The Senior Director of Ticket Sales & Services is responsible for all facets of the ticket sales and operations team and is responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive the maximization of ticket revenue and achieve a strong atmosphere for Ticket Operations/Systems, Group Sales, Premium Seating, Season Tickets, and Client Servicing.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and develop strategic and creative solutions for ticket office and ticket sales staff to increase ticket revenue.

Establish key performance metrics and use data-driven insights to assess and report on the club’s ticket revenue performance.

Develop, manage, and execute a multi-year ticket sales campaign, including season tickets, partial plans, suites, premium, hospitality, group, and single game sales to maximize customer relations and revenue.

Create innovative programs to drive new business and expand the audience.

Develop, refine, and lead season ticket holder benefit programs that maximize brand loyalty and drive retention.

Manage the team’s ticket home-game stadium manifest and relationship with third-party ticket operators.

Collaborate with marketing & CRM team to execute the go-to-market marketing plan, ticketing rate card pricing, target demographics, and San Diego prospect lists.

Manage the ticket sale and service team to meet revenue goals.

Partner with finance and marketing teams to deliver on communications, pricing strategies, and new products that will enable revenue growth and drive customer experience.

Execute and distribute weekly revenue reports, season ticket, and premium seating pipeline and game day sales projections as directed.

Track and report daily and weekly sales figures.

Manage Game Day execution plan alongside ticketing staff including game day premium experiences available for season ticket holders and premium seating.

Manage ticket buyer data/trackable demographics info for use in ticket marketing and corporate partnerships.

Achieve department revenue goals.

A Candidate should possess:

7+ years of experience in Sports Ticket Sales, Premium Seating, Account Servicing, and Ticket Operations.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and EQ skills.

Proven history of developing and executing successful revenue strategy.

All-hands-on-deck attitude in a start-up environment.

Passion for the success of Women’s Professional Sports.

Experience managing a sales or servicing team.

Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and perhaps holidays.

Experience managing CRM platforms and creating ticket sales reports for senior management.

Strong communication and sales skills including written, verbal, and interpersonal.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce CRM, and similar software applications.

Base salary for this role is $115K - $130K.
