As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying and establishing new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, nurturing relationships, and converting prospects into valuable clients. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. This is an exciting opportunity with exponential growth. Main Duties include:-

Research, identify, and steadfastly generate weekly new opportunities with corporate legal departments in support of our senior sales leaders

Develop and execute effective outreach campaigns

Methodically qualify, build, and maintain a volume of activity including cold calls, emails, and social selling

Consistently exceed monthly and annual sales quota for lead generation, prospect engagement, and conversion rates.

Conduct high level conversations with senior legal executives

Assist in the development of a global program

Thrive in a dynamic organization with change and growth

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and progress in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine sales strategies, sharing insights from customer interactions to enhance the sales process.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to proactively adapt the business development approach.

Who are we looking for?

2+ years of business development experience

Degree or equivalent

Familiarity with corporate legal departments and law firms preferred

Consistent measurable results in past experiences

Creative, entrepreneurial, and passionate about what you do

Eagerness to advance into Outside Sales

Excellent written/verbal communication skills

Self-driven with limited supervision

Desire to excel
