Business Development Representative

Reporting to the Manager of Business Development, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in prospecting new business for the company. We believe in bringing your whole self to work. As our Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for:

Sourcing, reaching out to, and qualifying leads to convey Beyond’s value proposition

Converting qualified leads into scheduled product demos for our Account Executive team

Collaborating cross-functionally to share and learn from best practices

Quota attainment based on qualified leads & activity

Now that we’ve told you what the job looks like, here are the qualifications we're looking for in a candidate:

A demonstrated ability to understand and apply effective outbound prospecting strategies and techniques

Confidence in picking up the phone and smoothly conversing with prospects

Demonstrated history of resilience, curiosity, optimism, and a solutions-oriented mentality

A track record of overachieving against defined metrics

A data-oriented approach with an aptitude for large data sets and numbers

A desire to win, doesn’t believe in settling, and finds motivation in temporary setbacks

Bonus Points for experience with Salesforce and Sales Automation/Engagement platform and/or familiarity with Property Management Systems and/or the vacation rental market
