California based plaintiff's side Employment Law Firm is seeking a Referral Coordinator for immediate hire. This position is responsible for coordination with and management of all referral partners. Candidate will handle a large volume of referrals and be responsible for a large volume of follow ups. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. A successful candidate will be able to work hard, maintain a positive attitude, and not take constructive criticism personally. This position offers the unique opportunity to contribute to the firm's success while working with a talented team of attorneys. This position is full time, onsite position at the firm’s Los Angeles, CA office.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating the referring of cases to other law firms.
Following up with referring attorneys on case status.
Understanding the urgency of time frames and working diligently.
Understanding of the litigation flow for proper monitoring of cases.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with referral partners.
Responsible for the documentation and implementation relating to all outgoing and incoming referrals.
Tracking referral and lead sources, and follow payment schedules
Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related degree from an accredited university, equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Must have experience working in a customer-centric environment.
Must have a personable, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Must have strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Must have a basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems, such as recordkeeping and filing.
Must have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Must have a high level of professionalism and a strong commitment to client service and maintaining client confidentiality.
