Job Description
CALIBRE Systems, an employee-owned company, is looking to hire a talented Senior Business Analyst to support our Army client. This person will be responsible for understanding systems scope and objectives based on user needs, understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. They will be performing analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications and competent to work at the highest technical level of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.
General Duties and Responsibilities:Gathering and documenting Application Development requirementsAnalyze business requirements to identify solutions for stakeholdersMaintain the application Requirements Traceability MatrixDevelop and maintain application training documentationExcellent oral and written skillsAbility to and experience with User Acceptance Testing and assist in regression testing tasksHighly organizedIntermediate to Advanced skills using Microsoft O365 applications for business analysisUpdate system user manual prior to system releaseAble to work independently and with team members and customersExperience using Visual Studio, Azure Devops, or similar tools to track requirements, bugs, and change requestsRequired Skills
Masters Degree AND 10 years experienceBachelors Degree AND 12 years experienceSDLCACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED
