Your contributions will directly impact our growth and ensure that we continue to attract and retain top talent in the industry.As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's growth by identifying, attracting and recruiting top-tier talent to meet our hiring needs. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, the People & Sustainability organisation, and other stakeholders to develop effective recruiting strategies, drive employer branding activities and ensure a seamless hiring process. An important part of this role is to be a trusted partner ensuring that hiring managers, candidates and other stakeholders receive a professional recruitment experience. In addition, you will also play an important part ensuring visibility into current and future business hiring needs and ensuring diversity into Talent Acquisition.Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle of Talent Acquisition in your region/globallyEnsure compliance with our global recruitment policies and processesBuild strong partnerships and work closely with relevant stakeholders and leadership business partners to clearly understand current and future resource requirements (short/medium/long term) and provide robust sourcing strategies, market insights and talent trends for these hiring needsFully understand the employment laws within your geographical areaLead and participate in employer branding initiatives and activities, contributing to FLSmidth’s must win battles and strategyProactively identify and manage all 3rd party vendors, creating strategic and suitable Preferred Supplier Groups to support business recruitment needs, ensuring that KPI targets and compliance requirements are met and that the global recruitment process is adhered to by all vendorsTranslate talent acquisition know-how into a value adding trusted partnership with all internal and external stakeholdersWhat You Bring

Fluent in verbal and written English and SpanishBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, ideally in an international, fast-paced and dynamic environment with strong knowledge of various recruitment techniques and assessment methods as well as the ability to write effective job ads in English and SpanishExperience in cross-cultural stakeholder management at all organizational levelsGood understanding of legislation and employment laws in region as well as an understanding of equal employment opportunity (EEO) regulations and diversity and inclusion principlesExperience in successfully managing external recruitment vendorsStrong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities with the ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively prioritizeCompetencies

Strong stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills as well as experience in navigating in an international matrix organisation, combining local necessities with an international companyBusiness knowledge and acumen with the ability to analyze and translate these into improved regional hiring forecasts and future talent pipeline needs and solutionsHigh level of flexibility and ability to adapt to changing prioritiesAbility to prioritize, multi-task, problem solve while maintaining agilityAbility to show initiative and creativity in finding suitable resourcing solutions and cost savings initiativesGood analytic skills with the ability to always ensure quality of data and processes at all timesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a high level of professionalism, discretion and integrityWhat We Offer
