They have been featured in leading publications such as Architectural Digest, Elle Decor, HGTV, Forbes, and NY Times.POSITION SUMMARYCurrently, we are seeking a Project Architect with a minimum of 5-7 years of post-bachelor degree professional experience in Architecture with a focus on Residential Architecture.The Project Architect will provide project design support on projects from inception through Construction Administration, including design, drawings, and details. Integrating the client's aesthetic, constantly collaborating with their team members across architecture, interior design, and landscape design, and applying for all work through their curated processes and client-based service is essential.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAbility to work on different projects through various phases with different demands, different clients, and different issues with last-minute requests that can be hard to anticipate while meeting internal and client deadlinesAbility to have Clear, consistent, and frequent friendly client communication is essentialYou will act as a liaison between the Principal, Directors, Junior staff, vendors, clients, and consultantsYou will attend project meetings, participate in programming, space planning, job site visits, design presentations, vendor/representative coordination, review shop drawings, and answer requests for information with project contractors and consultants. We pursue the highest level of quality and completion for each projectREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESDegree in Architecture with 5-7+ years of work experienceExperienced with on-site construction projects and general contractor coordinationExcellent attention to detail and communication skillsStrong ability to work independently, multi-task, and adapt in a fast-paced environmentCustomer service and client interaction experienceAutoCAD expertise is a mustMust have a working vehicle to be able to attend site visitsWhat's your citizenship / employment eligibility? *
