Last Energy seeks a Quality Assurance Lead to anchor our commitment to outstanding quality in the realm of innovative energy solutions. This pivotal role is designed for a visionary leader who is adept at implementing robust quality assurance processes and strategies across our international projects.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Lead, mentor, and manage a quickly growing team of engineering professionals.
  2. Oversee the development of international safety and quality control methodologies.
  3. Work for external safety and quality entities, managing relationships and ensuring alignment with Last Energy's quality objectives.
  4. Drive the adoption of innovative safety and quality assurance techniques and methodologies, leveraging cross-industry best practices to enhance project outcomes.
  5. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and employ advanced problem-solving strategies to address quality-related challenges proactively.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  2. Significant experience as a Project Manager is preferred.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams in a multinational environment.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
  6. Ability to adapt communication and management style to work effectively with diverse global teams.
  7. Prior experience in highly regulated industries, with a deep understanding of the complexities involved in risk assessment and quality assurance.
