The Network Technical Project Manager is responsible for the timely delivery of network installation projects, overseeing the process from initial customer contact and though the design, implementation, and documentation phases.

Required Skills & Experience:

Excellent oral and written communication skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented.Excellent customer service skillsAdaptable and able to prioritize in an ever-evolving project/task environment.Strong team-building capabilities.Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networks, specifically Layers 1-3 of the OSI model, DNS, DHCPKnowledge of VLAN and VPN standards and remote connection standards.Knowledge of WiFi design, configurations, and implementation.3-5 of project management experience, PMP certification is preferred.Desired Skills & Experience:

MSP or Consulting experienceDaily Responsibilities:

Manage deployment projects with top-down oversight throughout the entire execution to ensure success as defined by scope, budget, and timeline.Obtain project requirements from customers and third-party vendors via email, phone, and/or site walks.Support proposal scope and cost development with project participants and the sales team.Provide and maintain project scope with internal and third-party resources.Develop and maintain detailed project plans to track progress.Coordinate internal and third-party resources during the project execution phase.Create and maintain project-related documents.Track and communicate project progress to customers and project participants.Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.Create and maintain comprehensive project process documentation.Provide process improvement recommendations that are based on best practices and industry standards.Support procurement and maintain inventory of project material and equipment.Manage a team of 5-6 project engineers.Travel to clients' sites nationally and in Canada for site walks and client meetings.

Compensation:
