CSA is seeking a Senior Software Developer who will lead and direct a team in providing operations and maintenance support to deployed suites of software.
**This position is contingent upon contract award.**
How Your Role Will Make an Impact:
Responsible for leading and directing a team providing operations and maintenance support to deployed suites of softwareResearch, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programsAnalyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysisUpdate software or enhance existing software capabilitiesWork with computer hardware engineers to integrate hardware and software systems and develop specifications and performance requirementsMaintain databases within an application area while working individually or coordinating database development as part of a teamResponsible for researching, testing, building, and integrating new products or major enhancementsWhat You Will Need to Join Our Award-Winning Team:
Clearance: Active Secret clearance requiredCertifications: Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP) certification from the International Information System Security Certification Consortium (ISC2)Minimum seven (7) years of relevant experience, including the following:Five (5) years of experience leading software development effortsFive (5) years of experience in an Agile environment consisting of two (2) development teams comprised of at least five (5) membersTwo (2) years of experience developing systems code using C++, C#, Java, and JavaScriptAbility to work onsite as required
