Capgemini is looking for L3 support analyst in Atlanta GA.

Key Responsibility

Act as the final point for complicated issues. Ensures that customer issues are addressed with the highest level of technical proficiency and that customer happiness remains high.Is in-charge of maintaining comprehensive documentation to solve processes, solutions, and standard methodologies. Documents, communicates, and trains L1 and L2 on fix steps.Creates franchisee/cafe-facing training and solve documentation as required.Works closely with the product and development team and performs in-depth technical solution.Must Have Skills

Experience in POS system (preferable PAR BRINK).Technical understanding of IT systems in the QSR or retail sector and digital space (online ordering, payment authorization, menu management, back office Functions, kitchen display, third-party integration, PIN pad, etc).Experience in L3 support and high priority issue solve and root cause analysis.Understanding of SDLC and code development process.Good To Have Skills

Experience in OLO and PUNCH Software.Problem solving skills, with attention to detail and an aim to tie loose ends.Good communication skills to include difficult conversations in high stress situations.Understanding of a typical systems integration and architecture in the QSR sector.Understanding of SDLC and code development process.Life at Capgemini
