We continually invest in enhancing the industry’s most powerful technology and comprehensive identity data assets that enable organizations to make better decisions across the customer lifecycle.The Role:Reporting to the EVP of Strategy & Sales Operations, the Sales Operations Analyst will play a key role in delivering insights that influence red violet’s corporate strategy and drive sales team productivity through detailed analysis, financial modeling, and reporting. This is an exciting opportunity for a business-minded analyst to make a meaningful impact on the growth trajectory of our company.What You Will Do:Identify, analyze, and report on key sales performance metrics such as revenue attainment, conversion rates, win rates, and pipeline coverage.Develop, implement, and maintain robust sales dashboards that provide actionable insights to sales leadership and enable data-driven decision making.Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of various internal datasets and identify and rectify any discrepancies or inconsistencies.Continuously refine the sales target setting process, working closely with sales leadership and finance teams to ensure targets are aggressive yet attainable.Analyze sales trends and patterns to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for sales process optimizations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and finance, to gather and integrate relevant data for comprehensive sales reporting and analysis.Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets, highlighting areas of concern, and proactively identify strategies to address performance gaps.Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and impediments to growth.Provide regular reports and presentations to sales leadership and other stakeholders, communicating the analysis of sales data and recommending actions to drive sales growth.Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and tools in sales operations and analytics, and implement new tools and processes as appropriate.What You Bring:Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, statistics, or closely related field.3-5 years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, financial reporting, or a similar role.Deep knowledge of sales metrics, quota setting process, and creation of sales dashboards.Advanced proficiency in data analysis and statistical modeling, using tools such as Excel, Python, and CRM systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful and easily digestible insights.Ability to self-manage, scope, prioritize, and communicate work deliverables.Comfortable interfacing across all levels of the organization, from executive leadership to employee base.Experience working with system architects and BI developers, translating business objectives into technical requirements, and ensuring effective QA / UAT of data solutions / dashboard delivery.What We Offer:IDI offers excellent benefits including opportunity for stock (RSU) grants, a 401K and generous company match, flexible PTO policy, medical, dental and vision coverage, commuter benefits, in-office healthy snacks, team events and more.IDI is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
