Objective:As the Director of Human Resources, you will be a pivotal leader and strategic advisor, collaborating closely with the Vice President of Human Resources. Your role will be to drive organizational success through effective HR strategies that foster a culture of high engagement, continuous improvement, and outstanding operational and financial results.
Responsibilities:
Inspire and lead with a positive and open attitude, motivating a diverse team and fostering an inclusive workplace that reflects our core values.
Implement innovative HR strategies and serve as a thought leader, providing mentorship and support across the organization.
Ensure compliance with multi-state and international employment laws and oversee the HR compliance framework.
Develop and refine organizational structures, including succession planning, compensation strategies, and job profiling to meet evolving business needs.
Enhance talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies in coordination with the recruitment team to attract top-tier talent.
Lead initiatives for performance management, employee relations, and benefits programs, ensuring they align with organizational goals and employee satisfaction.
Crucial Skills:
Proven leadership abilities with a strategic and analytical approach to solving complex organizational challenges.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively guiding and influencing both HR teams and senior executives.
Comprehensive understanding of HR functions and best practices in a diverse and dynamic environment.
Adaptability to changing business needs and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global setting.
Requirements:
A minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with a strong preference for experience in global or multinational organizations.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s Degree/MBA is preferred.
Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office suite, with a strong capability in data-driven HR management.
Knowledge of multi-state and international employment regulations.
