As an HR Coordinator you will:

Coordinate and facilitate virtual onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth and engaging orientation process.

Provide a warm welcome to our new team members, offering an introduction to Amazing Care Home Health's culture, values, and mission of providing quality and compassionate care.

Guide new employees through the necessary e-paperwork, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Collaborate with various departments to ensure a comprehensive onboarding experience, including training schedules and introductions to key team members.

Act as a point of contact for new hires, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during their onboarding journey.
