*** This role is Hybrid - In office 2 times per week***As a PPC Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and managing paid search campaigns across Bing Ads and Google Ads platforms. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving paid search strategies to drive online visibility, increase website traffic, and generate quality leads and conversions for our clients.Responsibilities:Campaign Strategy and Management:Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns on Bing Ads and Google Ads.Perform keyword research and ad copy creation to maximize ROI.Monitor and manage campaign budgets and bid strategies.Account Setup and Configuration:
Set up new PPC accounts and configure settings for optimal performance.Implement conversion tracking and analytics to measure campaign success.Ad Creative and Testing:
Create compelling ad copy and design effective ad creatives.A/B test ad variations to improve click-through rates and conversion rates.Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze campaign data.Generate regular reports and provide actionable insights to clients.Budget Allocation and Bid Management:
Allocate budgets based on client goals and performance data.Adjust bids to maintain competitive positions and cost-effectiveness.Stay Updated:
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.Make recommendations for adopting new features and technologies in PPC advertising.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns with a focus on Bing Ads and Google Ads.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.Certification in Bing Ads and Google Ads is a plus.Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Detail-oriented and highly organized.
