ABOUT THIS ROLE:Are you a seasoned digital advertising professional with a knack for driving high-performing campaigns? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Flosum is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Advertising Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and optimize our PPC campaigns to attract, convert, and retain leads and customers. As a key player in our growth strategy, you will help us achieve our ambitious revenue targets and contribute to our success story.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Campaign Management:
Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, and other ad platforms.
Conduct thorough keyword research and selection to drive cost-effective traffic.
Create compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages for conversion based on relevant value propositions for the target audience.
Coordinate with the Design team to develop ad creatives while adhering to best practices.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
Optimization and Analysis:
Perform regular A/B testing on ads and landing pages to enhance performance.
Leverage tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Search Console, Salesforce, and Marketo among others to track, report, and analyze campaign performance.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in PPC and digital marketing.
Strategy Development:
Collaborate with the marketing team to align PPC strategies with overall marketing goals.
Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data to improve overall marketing efforts.
Manage budgets and allocate spending to maximize ROI.
Reporting and Communication:
Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders about campaign performance and optimization strategies.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
At least 5-6 years of experience managing PPC campaigns, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.
Proven track record of managing large-scale PPC campaigns with significant budgets.
Strong understanding of PPC principles and best practices.
Proficiency in using PPC tools such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other ad platforms.
Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio and other performance tracking platforms.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working with at least 2 multinational companies is a plus.
