Job Description :We are seeking a highly skilled Onsite Lead with expertise in a range of network infrastructure technologies, including ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure), DNAC (Cisco DNA Center), Routing and Switching, Cisco Wireless, Cisco Client (Identity Services Engine), F5 (BIG-IP), and Cisco Nexus 9k. As the Onsite Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure solutions within our organization.Key Responsibilities:Ø

Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership and guidance to the onsite network infrastructure team. Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in the design and implementation of network solutions.Ø

Solution Design and Architecture : Collaborate with stakeholders to design and architect network solutions that meet business requirements and align with organizational goals. Develop comprehensive network designs considering factors such as scalability, performance, and security.Ø

Implementation and Deployment : Lead the implementation and deployment of network infrastructure solutions, including ACI, DNAC, Routing and Switching, Cisco Wireless, Cisco Client, F5, and Cisco Nexus 9k. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration with existing systems and minimal disruption to operations.Ø

Configuration and Optimization : Configure and optimize network devices and services to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security. Implement and maintain network monitoring and management tools to proactively identify and address potential issues.Ø

Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution : Lead troubleshooting efforts to identify and resolve complex network issues in a timely manner. Provide escalation support and guidance to the onsite team to resolve critical incidents and minimize downtime.Ø

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing : Create and maintain detailed documentation including network diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures. Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and provide training to team members to enhance their technical skills and expertise.Ø

Vendor Management : Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to evaluate new technologies, products, and services. Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely resolution of issues and escalations.Ø

Compliance and Security : Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security policies. Implement and enforce security controls and measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of network resources and data.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Cisco certifications such as CCNP or CCIE are preferred.Extensive experience (5+ years) in network engineering and administration, with expertise in ACI, DNAC, Routing and Switching, Cisco Wireless, Cisco Client, F5, and Cisco Nexus 9k.Strong understanding of networking protocols, technologies, and architectures.Hands-on experience with network design, implementation, and troubleshooting in enterprise environments.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to mentor and develop team members.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
