Job Duties:Provide end-to-end digital marketing automation solutions including planning, administrating, configuring, designing, developing, implementing, executing/delivering, and supporting digital marketing campaigns; leverage marketing campaign platform and products including HCL Campaign (UNICA) and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). Gather and translate business requirements into well-architected technology solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud; maintain the integrity and functionality of business software application and architecture. Ensure data quality by managing contact models and data extensions, managing subscriber data, building audience segments using Salesforce Data Cloud and using a variety of methods including SFMC automation, SQL queries, or external ETL tools. Lead technical aspects of projects related to email, SMS, push notifications, landing pages, and CRM initiatives. Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to design, develop, deploy, and document solutions for campaign delivery and reporting. Build triggered, API-based Email Sends; create and optimize customer journeys consisting of emails, SMS, and other marketing channels; perform A/B testing. Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools, HTML, CSS, SSJS, and scripting language (AMPscript) to deliver highly dynamic and personalized content in emails, landing pages, templates, and forms. Improve architecture, manage API Calls, and optimize performance of SFMC integrations to external Platforms. Analyze and interpret campaign performance metrics; provide insights and recommendations for optimization using Marketing Cloud Dataroma and Einstein Analytics or using external analytical systems including Cognos and Qliksense. Conduct quality assurance reviews, perform functional and unit tests; apply best practice techniques to improve program performance including email deliverability, response rates, and actionable data. Monitor software application platform resources and performance; develop solutions including fixes and upgrades required to maintain efficiency of the platform.Work Location:Various unanticipated work locations throughout the United States; relocation may be required. Must be willing to relocate.Minimum Requirements:Education: Bachelor – Computer Science or Computer Engineering (will accept foreign education equivalent)Experience: Five (5) years
