Product Marketing Manager

to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies to drive the success of Stuart's last-mile logistics solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand market needs, define product positioning, and create compelling messaging and collateral to drive adoption and growth. This is an Individual Contributor role. What will I be doing?

Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape in the last-mile logistics industry. Analyse competitor offerings and positioning to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Use insights from market analysis to inform product strategy and positioning. Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates Stuart's last-mile logistics solutions in the market. Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to ensure alignment of messaging with product features and benefits. Create customer-facing collateral, including product presentations, datasheets, case studies, and website content. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing, to ensure successful product launches. Define key metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of go-to-market initiatives. Develop sales enablement materials, including sales decks, battle cards, and product training materials, to support the sales team in effectively positioning and selling Stuart's last-mile logistics solutions. Conduct training sessions for sales teams on product positioning, messaging, and value proposition. Customer Insights and Feedback: Gather and analyse customer feedback to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points. Work closely with product management and engineering teams to prioritise feature enhancements and product improvements based on customer insights. Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution of product marketing initiatives. Serve as a key liaison between product management and marketing teams to ensure alignment of messaging and positioning with product roadmap and features. What do we need from you?

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the B2B/SAAS or logistics industry. Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse market data and customer insights to drive decision-making. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling messaging and collateral. Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
