Sr. Product Manager

to help inform and shape our Patient Access analytics solutions. The person hired for this position will have a strong background in analytics supporting health system operations, patient access, and revenue cycle management, crafting a vision for what direction the product portfolio should take. As part of this position, the individual will assist in creating product requirements, conducting market research, advising on client implementations, and creating innovative features to help differentiate our product. This role has a growth opportunity to Director, Product Management.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain an expert level of knowledge of the current industry needs and trends associated with health system operations, including analysis of key cost drivers, service line profitability, and improving emergency room and operating room throughput.Maintain the product roadmaps for the Patient Access product suite of solutions and work with the Product Owner team to develop and execute the roadmap.Meet with clients to discuss roadmaps on a routine basis and occasionally to support sales.Create business cases including financial models to support the development of the product or services.Establish and maintain customer persona and market profiles.Evaluate Buy/Build/Partner decisions when bringing solutions to market.Specifying market problems and requirements for current and future products or services by conducting market analysis, attending conferences, meeting with customers, prospects, and key internal resources.Define and manage features in agile project management software.Assist with the creation of impactful product presentations, reports, and dashboards.Assist the product team on all product-related activities including data collection and auditing processes and specifications.Determine both customer and market need to keep the product competitive.Translate product strategy into requirements and work with the product owner and development team to develop the requirements.Work with the sales team to help develop sales artifacts to assist them with selling the product.Communicate with the client base to elicit feedback and help drive the prioritization of product features.Will have strong managerial experience with the ability to present to the executive level.Education, Experience, and Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience3-5 years Product management with Agile / Scrum methodology experience5+ years of experience inside a healthcare delivery organization or serving themDemonstrate knowledge of healthcare operational data sources including claims, remits, eligibility, authorizations and other EDI transactions.Experience defining/prioritizing detailed product requirementsAbility to think strategically and execute ruthlessly, e.g., being able to articulate a long-term product vision and then roll up your sleeves to get things doneAbility to facilitate cross-functional teams, schedules, and decisionsAbility to proactively monitor, analyze and resolve release dependencies, issues, and risks.This job description reflects management's assignment of essential functions. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $145,000 - $155,000 USD.
