Job Summary:
Our client is currently seeking a Sales Manager to join their growing team. They are looking for sales managers with solid experience in Telecommunication, Cable TV-Hardware MFG that are in the northeastern region!
Job Responsibilities:
Sales leader develops and rapidly grows new business and accounts leveraging the complete offeringIdentifying, qualifying, and capturing sales opportunities by meeting with clients, performing market research, and ultimately presenting advanced integrated sales, offering technologies such as Fiber Optic, UPS Power Cabling and Production SolutionsIndustry experience in data cable distribution systems is highly preferredStrong sales acumen with value selling and negotiating potential opportunities and projectsStrategic in defining target accounts and successful discovery approaches to command a position of thought leader/expertResults drivenStrong collaboratorAdaptableCollaborate with marketing and the sales team build strong working relationships with customers and sales teams.Strong Leadership Skills
Qualifications:
Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in outside salesAbility to develop and present comprehensive sales proposalsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsProficient in MS OfficeComprehensive understanding of products and applicationsEducation:
Minimum 4 years in a leadership management roleBachelor's degreeWorking Conditions:
Frequent drivingModerate overnight travelModerate pressure to meet customer and company deadlines.General hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. But ability to provide support during and outside regular business hours is required.
