QUALIFICATIONS

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Escort arriving and departing guests to and from accommodationsAssist guests with luggage and other belongingsMaintain safe transportation environment for all guestsOperate vehicle in accordance with all local, state, and federal traffic lawsMaintain shuttle cleanliness and daily safety reportsTrack and maintain all vehicle preventative maintenanceReport any vehicle malfunctions in a timely mannerClean common areas including lobby, breakfast area, public restrooms, hallways and any other spaces, as assignedStock housekeeping carts with supplies and clean linen, while removing soiled linenPerform carpet cleaning in guest rooms & public areas, as needed and according to preventative maintenance schedulePerform property walks and identify areas that need attentionIdentify and address minor maintenance issues throughout hotel, notifying Chief Engineer when appropriateFulfill guest requests made to front desk staff, including but not limited to toiletries, linensCOMPETENCY

One-year previous driving experience required.

LANGUAGE ABILITY

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to converse with guests and others, including, but not limited to airport personnel.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in writing, orally, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to resolve guest conflict resolution when necessary.

Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
