Key Responsibilities
Leverage your knowledge of commercial insurance to assist account managers with day-to-day administration of multiple books of business including daily calls and emailsWork with different carrier/wholesaler documents and able to adapt to their unique styles and habitsUtilize advanced Agency Management System (AMS) navigation experience (example: Epic, QQ, Sagitta, etc.) to manage client accounts and insurance policies effectivelyEnhanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel to organize data and documents effectivelyCollaborate with team members, adapting quickly to new situations, and demonstrating a team-player attitudeEfficiently manage time and workflow to ensure tasks are completed promptly and accuratelyWho You Are
Knowledgeable in commercial insurance with experience working with carriers and wholesalersA team player who adapts quickly to new situations and environmentsCapable of managing time and workflow efficientlyAbility to multi-task in a fast paced environmentQualifications
Must have an active P&C license or ability to get license prior to startingPrior experience in customer success, or a related roleBasic knowledge of commercial insurance and experience working with carriers and wholesalersProficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
This remote position involves extensive communication with colleagues using online services, such as Slack and Zoom. The candidate must have a quiet and private location to work from and fast Internet (200 Mb to 1 Gb) for seamless, fluid communications.
