Small business insurance is $120 BILLION undersold in the US alone. Layr is digitizing and automating the small business insurance space with our client-first insurance platform. To do this, we need help from smart, gritty, outside-the-box thinkers (like you!) to keep innovating and moving forward.

Key Responsibilities
Leverage your knowledge of commercial insurance to effectively manage client accounts and address their inquiries related to our platform, carriers, and wholesalersWork with different carrier/wholesaler documents, adapting to their unique styles and habitsUtilize advanced Agency Management System (AMS) navigation experience (Epic, QQ, Sagitta, etc.) to manage client accounts and insurance policies effectivelyEnhanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel to organize data and documents effectivelyCollaborate with team members, adapting quickly to new situations and demonstrating ateam-player attitudeEfficiently manage time and workflow to ensure tasks are completed promptly andaccuratelyWho You Are
Knowledgeable in commercial insurance with experience working with carriers and wholesalersFamiliar with advanced AMS navigation (Epic, QQ, Sagitta, etc.)Proficient in Microsoft ExcelA team player who adapts quickly to new situations and environmentsCapable of managing time and workflow efficientlyQualifications
Must have an active P&C licenseThree or more years prior experience in account management, customer success, or arelated role (or) currently employed at Layr for the past six months and in good standingKnowledge of commercial insurance and experience working with carriers andwholesalersFamiliarity with advanced AMS navigation (Epic, QQ, Sagitta, etc.)Proficient in Microsoft Excel
This hybrid position involves 3 days working from Rochester office and extensive communication with colleagues using online services, such as Slack and Zoom. The candidate must also have a quiet and private location to work from and fast Internet (200 Mb to 1 Gb) for seamless, fluid communications.
