Drivers safely transports and moves boats and equipment successfully throughout our locations. They contribute to the customer's delight and satisfaction by insuring that the boats are in the correct locations as directed by management. The position is exempt.

Duties & Responsibilities

Safely transports and moves boats and equipment as assigned, using Fork Lift as neededFollows all safety and compliance regulationsMaintains company vehicle in proper condition, upkeep of logs/mileage/fluid changesClearly communicates to management the schedule and timing of all assignmentsCompletes all other tasks as requested by managementReports any damages or concerns about the boats or equipment to managementQualifications & Expectations

Valid Driver's License, CDL preferredExhibits positive and energetic demeanor in the work environment to contribute to Sales and Service team member objectivesAbility to make independent decisionsDemonstrates attentiveness when customers are on the lot, assisting as neededPromotes team attitude and supports other team members, departments and locations to insure the customer has a seamless experience through the sale, delivery, and subsequent servicing of the boatPreserves the professional image of the company while travelingSafely moves boats and equipment as instructedPositive interaction with all team membersExperience driving trucks, Attention to Detail, Self-directedLift 10 lbs infrequently, Standing, Climbing, Driving, and Outdoors
