POSITION SUMMARY

OneWater Marine is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating company vehicles, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of boats products, and supporting various operations related to our marine industry services. This position requires attention to detail, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSafely transports and moves boats and equipment as assigned, using forklift as neededFollows all safety and compliance regulationsMaintains company vehicle in proper condition, upkeep of logs/mileage/fluid changesClearly communicates to management the schedule and timing of all assignmentsCompletes all other tasks as requested by managementReports any damages or concerns about the boats or equipment to managementOther duties as requestedSKILLS

Exhibits positive and energetic demeanor in the work environment to contribute to Sales and Service team member objectivesAbility to make independent decisionsDemonstrates attentiveness when customers are on the lot, assisting as neededPromotes team attitude and supports other team members, departments and locations to insure the customer has a seamless experience through the sale, delivery, and subsequent servicing of the boatPreserves the professional image of the company while travelingRequirements

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

Valid Driver's LicenseExperience operating larger vehicles and transporting big equipmentForklift certification preferredAuthorization to work in the USClean MVRPass drug screening and background checkPHYSICAL DEMANDS
