Duties & Responsibilities
Effectively works closely with Business Manager and Service Writer to ensure the customer has an excellent buying experience.Professionally delivers boats to customers, including reviewing the features and benefits of the boat, reviewing electrical panels, toilets, and windlass to ensure customer satisfaction.Completes OneWater sales training and maintains communication on a regular basis with existing customers.Independently plans days and visits to store locations, setting up deliveries, and reviewing inventoryActively participates in Boat Shows, Store and Off-site sales and customer events.Qualifications & Expectations
Has a continuous learning mindset, develops and maintains a high-level of product, market and industry knowledge, and obtains OneWater Sales Certifications as needed.Builds and maintains positive customer relationships to strengthen customer loyalty, increase referrals and enhance dealer reputation.Promotes teamwork, supports and works with other team members, departments and locations to insure the customer has a seamless experience through the sale, financing, delivery and subsequent servicing of the boat.Customer satisfaction, both internal and externalAchieves or exceeds delivery goalsEffective utilization of OneWater Sales ProcessesAchievement of required OneWater Sales CertificationsMaritime experience, USCG credentials and endorsementsLift 10 lbs infrequentlySeated, Stooping, Climbing
