Holiday Inn Salt lake City AirportJob Overview: The Dual Director of Sales is responsible for leading the sales efforts for two properties, driving revenue, and maximizing profitability. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on sales activities to achieve the hotels’ financial goals.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for both properties.Lead, motivate, and manage the sales teams to meet or exceed sales targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, event planners, and travel agencies.Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and service.Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and create plans to capitalize on them.Manage the hotels’ pricing strategy and negotiate contracts to ensure maximum profitability.Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote the hotels.Create and maintain sales reports to track performance and progress toward goals.Experience and Education Requirements:Experience in hospitality or a related field.Several years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.Proven track record of meeting sales goals and managing a sales team.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with dual property sales management.Strong understanding of the local market and competition.Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.Compensation:Competitive salary and bonus structure based on experience and performance.Benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.How to Apply:Interested candidates should submit a resume and cover letter detailing their qualifications and experience via job site.
