Commercial Account Manager

Apple Roofing is looking for an Account Manager to join our commercial sales team. We are looking for an individual that has strong sales and communication skills and is either familiar with or open to learning the commercial roofing industry!Reach out to potential clients for opportunitiesStrong relationships in the community and surrounding areaDocument customer communications and pertinent data or files related to said client by updating CRMPrepare sales action plans, strategies, and goals in tandem with managerDevelop sales estimatesCoordinate delivery of service for current clientsPlan and conduct direct marketing activitiesParticipate in company sales events and trainingsPerform quality checks on product and service deliveryRespond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, email or in personEstablish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships to ensure future salesRequirementsPrevious sales experience required (2+ years)Commercial construction experience preferredPrevious bidding/estimating experience preferredThis role requires frequent standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
